No. Once you accept the final quote from our service team on the cleaning day, any additional cost is not charged during the cleaning. The final quote is the money that you are paying for.

We offer full 7 days guarantee which means if your real estate or property manager is not satisfied with our cleaning service, we go back to rectify ASAP (normally within 48hours) with no additional cost.

One Stop Property Service is fully insured. Any damage caused by us will be repaired professionally. However, if any damage is noticed before start cleaning, please note that it is our policy that we do not clean any damaged items. A note will be left with any areas we believe to be damaged.

We require the electricity is connected. So please make sure that the power is not disconnected until we finish the clean. Also, please ensure that the property is fully vacated the proposed cleaning date except furnished property.

Yes, we have to be provided the car park or visitor car park for bringing up the machines and cleaning equipment.  If your car park cannot be provided and only pay car park is available, the fee for the car park will be added to your cost.

Yes, as long as you are happy to leave the key somewhere safe. We can leave the key in the same place upon completion.

Yes, if your agent is within same suburb, we can do it without travelling fee. Otherwise, additional travelling cost will be applied depending on the distance.

No, our service teams always bring their own equipment and chemicals without any extra charges.

Preferably we accept cash or bank transfer. Cash payment is made directly to our service team at the beginning of the service. For bank transfer, we require to make a payment at least 2days prior to cleaning date due to the time to clear. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

Please note that the minimum rescheduling or cancellation notice period is 24 hours. Late notice of rescheduling or cancellation will be charged $100.00
